Seas West Outfitters (“Seas West,” “we,” “us”) operates this online store. For privacy questions, email crew@seaswest.com.

Order information. When you check out we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details (items, quantities, amounts, tax, and shipping). Payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Account / admin access. If you have an admin login, we store authentication details needed to sign you in and manage the store.

Technical data. Like most sites, we may receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic insights.

We use the information above to:

• Process and fulfill orders, including shipping and receipts
• Calculate applicable sales tax where required
• Respond to customer service requests
• Operate, secure, and improve the storefront
• Comply with law and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your email for marketing unless you separately opt in to that later.

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the store, including:

• Stripe — payments and payment receipts (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics
• Carriers and fulfillment partners needed to deliver your order

We use essential storage (for example, your cart in the browser) so the shop works. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to understand site usage in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site features.

We keep order and related records as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Cart data stored in your browser remains until you clear it or empty the cart.

You can request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about your orders by emailing crew@seaswest.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. We will respond as required.

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
