Terms of Service

Seas West Outfitters sells apparel and related goods online. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders when necessary (for example, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or stock issues).

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. Store admin accounts are for authorized operators only.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A charge through Stripe and our order confirmation mean we have accepted that offer, subject to these terms. Prices are shown in USD. Applicable shipping and sales tax (including Washington destination tax where required) are added at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms for payment processing.

Shipping rates, packing rules, and related details are described on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier, except where law requires otherwise.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email crew@seaswest.com with your order number and photos when helpful. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate. Wear, personal preference, and change-of-mind returns may not be accepted unless we say otherwise for a specific product.

Brand marks, photos, copy, and other site content belong to Seas West Outfitters or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Don’t misuse the site: no unauthorized access, scraping that harms service, fraud, or anything illegal. We may suspend access if we believe these terms are violated.

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers; in those places, our liability is limited as far as the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seas West Outfitters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or any order. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
